Fiscal Manager

Pat Owen worked at Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts for over 5 years before the program joined with Western Massachusetts Legal Services to form Community Legal Aid in 2011. As Fiscal Manager she manages all aspects of finance and many human resources responsibilities for CLA. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting for non-profits, with a focus on those receiving federal grants.  Pat worked for the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) for 18 years as a Project Accountant and later as the Accounting Manager. WOCCU received grants from USAID to create financial cooperatives in developing countries.
